How development works:
Almost half of us at Lotum are developers. We currently work in three teams, each taking responsibility for one of our three most important products: Each team consists of four developers, one designer and one product owner.

An atmosphere of learning and excellent colleagues keep me curious to learn new things. For more than ten years, Lotum has supported me in satisfying my thirst for knowledge by providing me with continual further development.
Sebastian, Senior Developer
with Lotum since 2010

At Lotum, I can take responsibility right from the start and contribute my own ideas. Especially the direct feedback from our players motivates me to give my best every day!
Petra, Junior Developer
with Lotum since 2020

I love creating a working atmosphere in which all developers can unfold their individual strengths and achieve their personal goals.
Dennis, Head of Development
with Lotum since 2009
