How we work:
Four game teams
Each of our three teams is responsible for one of our three major franchises, while the fourth is responsible for new game ideas.
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Each team consists of three to five developers, one to two designers and one product manager.
Community of practice
During weekly community meetings, our developers are in close contact with each other across teams.
Always the right technology:
Each team independently develops one product with technologies and processes they have selected themselves. Our high number of users provides us with exciting technological challenges and makes our work highly visible. That’s how we are able to combine the joy of our work with our high quality standards.
