How development works:

Almost half of us at Lotum are developers. We currently work in three teams, each taking responsibility for one of our three most important products: Each team consists of four developers, one designer and one product owner.

Clean code.
Code reviews.
Testing.

We exclusively develop our own products and love making code that is elegant and easy to maintain.

An atmosphere of learning and excellent colleagues keep me curious to learn new things. For more than ten years, Lotum has supported me in satisfying my thirst for knowledge by providing me with continual further development.

Sebastian, Senior Developer

with Lotum since 2010

I take an active part in the creative process for our games. I can contribute my own ideas right from the start!

Julian, Junior Developer

with Lotum since 2019

I love how quickly we iterate through features and apply new results immediately. This is why I provide our team with all the necessary information, so that everyone can make their own independent decisions.

Dennis, Product Owner

with Lotum since 2009
